As we build new skills, we can provide ourselves treats or rewards to reinforce to our brains that we CAN do. A simple break to pat ourselves mentally on the back for achieving a step toward our goal of complete confidence can go a long way toward making confidence a habit, not an accident. The more we practice confidence, the more it becomes ingrained until, one day, we wonder how we could ever have lacked self-confidence!
How we choose to live is entirely up to us as individuals.
